Solved: i keep trying to download the free trail of photoshop cc but it keeps telling me that my computer does not meet the minimum requirements to. I used to have it on this computer before my prior account expired, now i set up a new account and am trying to re-download it. it won't let me. i even reset my whole computer. please advise.. Why can’t i install adobe premiere 6.5 on win 8.1. june 8th, 2017 at 16:30 desktop app started to download but it stopped when reaching 42%. the same problem happened to me when i was trying to download the free trial of photoshop, but it reaches the 42% mark and then stopped how to solve it when adobe programs or updates won't download.
